Team NorthWind helps unveil the newest American Girl Doll at North Point Mall!
January 1st and 2nd are two of the busiest days of the year for the American Girl Doll Store at North Point Mall. The big event is the release of their newest doll and girl of the year. This year they chose NorthWind to help them launch McKenna, a gymnast and girl of the year for 2012. Eight of our very own Team NorthWind girls were chosen to help with giveaways, performances and interactive gymnastics participation along with Elena and Inesa their coaches. The girls ranged from 7-12 years old and from levels 4-10. The event was a huge success. We are super excited for this opportunity and we are so proud of our girls! Valentine's Parents Night Out!
Back by popular demand we will be having a Valentine’s Day Parents Night Out on Saturday February 11th, from 5-8pm. We will have open gym, pizza, coloring, games and prizes. Have a romantic Valentine’s date, and leave your kids with us! Register early so we know how many to expect.

NorthWind Gymnastics Gymnast of the Quarter: Level 5 - Reagan Wakefield
Congratulations to Reagan Wakefield who is our NorthWind Gymnastics Gymnast of the Quarter!Reagan is eight years old, and in 3rd Grade at Birmingham Falls Elementary. Her favorite event is floor, and her proudest gymnastics moment was getting 1st on bars at the Level 5 State Meet last November. She has been competing for two years, and is a first year Level 5. When she’s not in the gym, she loves to dance.Reagan’s favorite movie is Matilda, and favorite part of gymnastics is meeting new coaches and new friends. Congrats Reagan, and good luck in the rest of your year!

Coach Victor's Fight Against Cancer Update
As most of you know already Coach Victor was diagnosed with Hodgekin’s Lymphoma last spring. He underwent a full summer’s worth of chemotherapy and started a bout of radiation therapy this past fall. He finished up radiation just before the holidays and received a certificate from the hospital as being officially cancer free and in remission. We are so happy the treatment went so well, and thank you to everyone who has been so supportive throughout this tough medical issue.
On a more personal note, congratulations to Victor for getting engaged. We wish you and Tatiana a world of happiness in your new life together.

Spring Registration in full swing!
Registration for our Spring Quarter began January 16th. We have lots of fun things planned, so don't miss out! Classes fill fast, so sign up today!
Fall Parents Night Out a huge success!
Saturday, October 8th we had gym time, pizza, crafts, and games! We had our biggest turn out ever with over 40 kids! What a blast! We hope to have our next one in December, so stay tuned!
New Student Recommendation Program!
We are now offering rewards for recommending other families to join our class program. For every five students that you get to sign up, you will get $50 off your next tuition. In addition, the new student will receive $10 off their tuition. You can pick up your Student Recommendation Vouchers at the front desk. When the new student comes in to enroll, they MUST bring the voucher with they in order for you to get credit, and for them to receive their $10 discount. TumbleCubs' Cartwheels Looking Good!
Miss Loren reports with pride, that all her TumbleCubs can do a cartwheel. She also said everyone was making good progress on forward and backward rolls and backbends.
